After having lived here for 2 years, I recently moved my family out. The very small size and age of the apartments and old decrepit kitchen appliances/bathroomfixtures didn't warrant the big increases in the rent rate. The water got shut off a lot during our stay there due to the plumbing I heard, but the staff was always courteous and prompt with maintenance issues.
